Tried having it welded in the frame, but still leaks a little. Motor needs to be removed, but can be left assembled to repair it correctly. Before I do that, I'm offering the bike here for $7500. Progressing with Britbodgers R3 renovation and thank you all for the responses.
I have replaced US spec mudguards with SS items such that a rear number plate can be fitted and is looking good.
I still need a centre stand, one that can be repaired will suffice!.
Also a lower FRONT mudguard stay of the type fitted to the Triumph Triple , chrome condition not important as will be painted Black.
Any help most appreciated,

harrykuk on 21 March For Sale: Warning light rubber gaskets/washers. These rubber sealing washers are for the standard warning lights as fitted to Triumphs and BSAs which use the lucas type warning lamps. They are equivalent to the original manufacturers part number 54140331. The gasket is made from EPDM which is more durable for outside use. These will help to keep the original appearance as well as keeping the headlight more weatherproof. Price:- GB£2 incl. 33DJB on 23 April For Sale: An oil pressure switch: 10psi to give early warning of low oil pressure. Suitable for classic Triumph and BSA motorcycles which use the 1/8" NPS thread form (27tpi). I have this exact switch fitted to my '71 BSA A65 Lightning and my '72 Triumph T150v. Will also fit the T160.
The oil pressure needed to operate this switch is 10psi compared to the more common 3-5psi units. It can therefore give an earlier indication of oil and lubrication system problems, potentially saving the engine from disaster.
