That's been drilled and tapped by an owner? I had a T160 from brand-new and it was 5/16"UNF, same as your T100D; iirc, mirrors were fitted by the dealer, 5/16" matched both the corresponding hole in the clutch lever pivot and the holes in both clutch and brake lever pivot holes '69- or '70-on.

Also, modern AP Lockheed replacement '73-'78 master cylinder mounting castings are only threaded M8 and have been since about 1980 when AP 'went metric'. Otoh, the Co-op went to the M10-threaded ropund black Bumm mirrors with the black switch clusters '79-on.
