So, after all, the bike has been broken up - or maybe just the Red bits???

After everyone's recollections posted here perhaps this thread has run out of steam.

A shame that such a memorable bike has to go, so I'm hoping that the core components - engine and frame -

remained together to create another memorable beast.

A truly unique machine even if the colour scheme is not to everyone's taste.

If Captain Black is a regular visitor to TOL, perhaps he can fill us in as to Captain Scarlets demise?

Or did the Mysterons steal it away for it to return another day?

Thanks everyone for their contributions (so far), and to you Kim for making me draw breath when I clicked on TOL the other day :-)
